New year, MORE you

The mentality that we constantly need to re-invent ourselves as "new" in order to achieve things is messed up.

It's also rooted in scarcity, lack and fear.

"New year, new me" mentality tells us that we aren't enough.

I'm here to say f that 💃

This new year, I'm being MORE me.

Now this doesn't mean you can't have goals, or plans.

But what I'm saying is that you don't need to change yourself in the process.

What if instead you were the most you-est you, you could ever be AND still do all the things you want to this year?

What if being you was enough?

What if you were unapologetically you?

What if you were confidently you?

What if you trusted yourself to be you? What if you trusted others and let them see YOU?

I'm on a mission to continue on the path of shedding all the layers of who I think I should be, to deeply embrace all that I already am.

And to help others do the same.

If being more you is a goal this year, there are two ways to work with me right now:

(1) join my online studio for yoga, movement and mindfulness practices that invite you to slow down and connect to YOU on all levels (body, mind, energy, emotions)

(2) leap into 1:1 coaching where we work together for at least three months and you move from feeling lost / unsure about life to trusting yourself, confident, and clear on who you are and what you want.

Coaching starts with a free 30-min connection call.

This is where you can ask me all your questions about mindfulness mentorship and intuitive coaching, and where we'll explore the question:

“what does being more you this year mean?”

Some things people have shared with me so far include:

  • Trusting myself to let others in, instead of pushing them away out of fear of rejection

  • Letting go of perfectionism and need for control

  • Having the confidence to start my business while still working a 9 - 5

  • Having the courage to make myself more visible to potential clients and my community

  • Having the tools + awareness to sit with my anxiety and fears and learn how to transform them because I know I can't keep pretending they're not there

Whether or not you choose to work with me, my invitation to you is to reflect / meditate / journal on this:

What are ways - big and small - I can be more me today?

Let this question be part of your regular practice. And then honour yourself and do the thing that is more you.
