The first half of the workshop - a focus on how crystals can be used to balance the chakras - will be led by Reiki Master and Vibrational Healer Gillian Harrison. The latter half of the workshop - a guided chakra healing meditation WITH crystals - will be guided by Yoga & Meditation Teacher Victoria Nhan.

Chakras & crystals are linked through their connections with energy – the chakras are doorways through which the positive healing energies of crystals can enter the body. By placing a crystal on a chakra, the crystal focuses healing energy directly on the area, calms & healing the body, emotions, mind & spirit.

Gillian Harrison is an experienced vibrational healer and teacher. Gillian has practised and taught Reiki, crystals and flower essences for over 12 years. She uses this combination of Reiki energy, crystals, flower essences, sound and essential oils in order to help her clients bring balance and alleviate any energetic mental, emotional, physical blocks in their lives. She works in a caring, loving and gentle way to help clients co-create fulfilled lives of joy and wonder. She believes in the vibrational healing power of rocks and flowers, kindness and karma, angels and spirit guides, past and future lives and celebrating every moment of every day in a joyful and loving way. Victoria Nhan is a yoga and mindfulness teacher, trainer and Reiki practitioner. Founder of Yoga in Vietnam, the practice has been part of Victoria's life for over six years. She left her office job to explore the world and discover different ways of being. Yoga & Mindfulness continue to be a practice that nourishes her on and off the mat. Victoria's teachings and practice draw on her own experience and transformation through yoga, mindfulness and Reiki, and builds on the simple question, "how can we live life with more love, peace, and joy?"
