This 10-min meditation offers a holistic approach to self-care and well-being by inviting you to "check in" with all four levels of your being: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Practice bringing awareness to all parts of yourself and notice what you need to take care of yourself on different levels. By understanding and connecting to the needs of our four levels, we invite in more calm, courage, confidence, and deep self trust.
