Join me in picturesque Hoi An, Vietnam for a 5-day, 4-night yoga and mindfulness retreat. We’ll focus on cultivating and nourishing calmness in the body, mind and spirit. Practice, learn and deepen yoga and mindfulness tools to take into your every day life while immersing yourself in nature, eating delicious healthy food and exploring Vietnam.
This retreat includes twice daily yoga classes - energizing morning practice and restorative/yin evening practice - with sunrise meditation and mindfulness workshops in the afternoon. A great opportunity to learn new tools and/or deepen your current practice.
