What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment. It is a continuous practice that we can bring into our lives at home, at work, at school and in our communities to live life with more awareness, love, peace and joy.

By bringing mindfulness into our daily activities - such as walking, sitting, eating, studying, drinking, waiting to check out at the shops, talking to a friend and hugging a loved one - we can nourish peace, calm, and joy in ourselves and therefore, share it with others.

Open to all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners welcome. No prior mindfulness or meditation experience required. Young adults aged 12+ are also welcomed to join.

The first half of the workshop - a focus on how crystals can be used to balance the chakras - will be led by Reiki Master and Vibrational Healer Gillian Harrison. The latter half of the workshop - a guided chakra healing meditation WITH crystals - will be guided by Yoga & Meditation Teacher Victoria Nhan.

Chakras & crystals are linked through their connections with energy – the chakras are doorways through which the positive healing energies of crystals can enter the body. By placing a crystal on a chakra, the crystal focuses healing energy directly on the area, calms & healing the body, emotions, mind & spirit.

Rest, Receive, Release and Renew: July's new moon is the perfect opportunity to take care of yourself. The lunar energy allows us to go inward and start to heal from the inside out.

This 2-hour Masterclass combines the healing modalities of Restorative Yoga, Reiki, and Meditation 🙏

In this special masterclass, students will be guided with mindfulness cues through a restorative yoga sequence that will allow them to release and let go of any tension or stress thats held in the body or mind to create space for well-being, peace and harmony on all levels of the being - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Restorative Yoga promotes rest and relaxation to both the body and mind, allowing you to feel relaxed, restored and refreshed. Hands on Reiki will also be provided during the class to promote further healing and balancing.

This class will end with a 45-minute Savasana guided meditation, during which both practitioners will provide hands on Reiki energy healing to students.
