Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment. It is a continuous practice that we can bring into every day moments and activities to live life with more awareness, love, peace and joy. By bringing mindfulness into our daily activities - such as walking, sitting, eating, drinking, waiting to check out at the shops, talking to a friend and hugging a loved one - we can alleviate suffering in ourselves and others.

My practice and teaching is based on the Zen Buddhist teachings of the Vietnamese monk Thich Nhat Hanh and the Plum Village spiritual community.

I teach mindfulness meditation as drop-in group classes, private group and one-on-one sessions, and am part of the 2018 teaching team for Nomad Yoga Hoi An's Teacher Training Course.
