Join me in picturesque Hoi An, Vietnam to cultivate and nourish calmness in the body, mind and spirit. Practice, learn and deepen yoga and mindfulness tools to take into your every day life while immersing yourself in nature, eating delicious healthy food and exploring Vietnam.
This retreat includes twice daily yoga classes - energizing morning practice and restorative/yin evening practice - with sunrise meditation and mindfulness workshops in the afternoon. A great opportunity to learn new tools and/or deepen your current practice.
Practice and learn yoga + mindful tools for every day life
2x daily yoga sessions (AM: energizing flow yoga PM: calming restorative and yin yoga)
Daily mindfulness and meditation practice, including seated meditation, walking meditation, mindful eating and workshops drawing on the teachings of Zen Teacher Thich Nhat Hanh
Qi Gong energy activation practice
Cultivate and nourish yourself in a space dedicated to learning, growing, connecting, and healing
Yoga shala on the majestic Thu Bon River surrounded by palm trees and vibrant plant life
Morning kayak paddle along the Thu Bon River exploring the mangrove forest and a morning yoga practice on a peaceful island
Free time to explore the UNESCO World Heritage town of Hoi An, the famous beaches of An Bang, and wander amongst the rice fields
This retreat is open to all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners to learn and deepen their practice.
6am - 7am: Qi Gong, Walking & Seated Meditation
7am - 8:30am: Morning Yoga (energizing practice to wake up the mind and body)
10am - 3pm: Free time to explore Hoi An, the beaches or lounge by the pool
3pm - 4:30pm: Mindfulness Workshop
4:30pm - 6pm: Evening Yoga (restorative and yin yoga to calm the mind and body)

Day 3 of the retreat (22 May) will include a morning kayak paddle on the Thu Bon River and yoga on a peaceful island
Accommodation & Retreat Costs
Where will we practice, sleep and heal? An Villa Boutique Resort.
Set along the Thu Bon River and surrounded by vibrant plant life, An Villa Boutique Resort is the perfect venue for cultivating calm. This boutique resort is conveniently located between the beach and Hoi An Ancient Town, giving students the opportunity to explore Hoi An, Da Nang and the surrounding areas during their free time, or take it easy and embrace calm at the resort itself. The bamboo yoga shala is built on the majestic river and will be our space to move, breathe, explore and discover our practices.
There are three options for accommodation:
Option 1 - $850 USD / per person: Private Room with Shared Bath and Living: $850 USD / per person
Option 2 - $920 USD / per person: Private Room with Private Bath and Shared Living
Option 3 - $990 USD / per person: Private Studio with kitchenette, living room, and terrace
Families not participating in retreat also welcome to stay. 2 persons (couple or friends) sharing accommodation also welcome, please email email@example.com for rates.
To save your mat, a non-refundable $200 USD deposit is required. The remaining retreat cost is due one week prior to the retreat starting (13 May 2019).

4 x nights accommodation in a boutique resort along the river (located between the Old Town and beach)
Healthy plant based breakfast & dinner, including welcome dinner on 20 May and departure breakfast on 24 May
Group kayak paddle along the Thu Bon River to explore the mangrove forest and yoga practice on an island
transfer to/from Da Nang International Airport
all yoga, mindfulness, meditation and Qi Gong classes plus mindfulness workshops
What is not included:
International or domestic airfares/bus/train tickets to come to Hoi An (Da Nang International Airport is the closest airport)
Visa fees and travel insurance (required)
Alcohol and personal items
Additional activities and tours in Hoi An and the surrounding areas can be organized at your own cost
